Neon Blue

Bio
Blue's family lived in Manehattan all her life. They owned a music shop, where Blue spend most of her free time helping however she could or messing with the instrument's on display. Soon enough she discovered her musical talent. She was able to effortlessly learn how to play any instrument she laid her eyes on, and never missed the opportunity to show off about this skill.
Blue's bragging didn't get her many friends. Instead it gained the attention of Canterlot Royal Orchestra and as soon as she was old enough she was invited to join them as one of the violinists. As much as she hated the idea Blue eventually accepted the invitation because she didn't want to let down her parents.
She moved to Canterlot where she ended up sharing a castle suite with Octavia Melody and for a while her life became a boring routine, in most of the letters she wrote to her friends she ended up complaining how all she does is play boring music for boring people. Through this boredom she started experimenting with magic she negleccted until this point in her life. With help from library full of magical knowledge she eventually found a way to bring instruments to life and make them play on their own, providing she was able to physically do the same. After few years she got bored of that too and instead started sneaking out at night for raves all over the lower Canterlot. Everything in Blues life seemed to go well until one night she went overboard with cider and ended up arrested by guards. Next morning after being bailed out by the people running the orchestra. Blue was called in for a meeting to decide what to do about her incident, the ultimatum was set for her. Eather she stops acting in a way that would bring a bad name to the rest of the Orchestra or she leaves. 
All this time Blue expected Octavia who was one of her closest friends at that point to stand up for her, when she didn't Blues emotion got the better of her. After calling Octavia and everyone else in the room at that moment pack of soulless snobs she left without hesitation.
At that moment Blue decided to stop pretending to be what everyone expected her to be. She changed the way she looked and burned down everything reminding her off her past life and started from scratch. With the help of some of her friends she made in her raving days she stayed in Canterlot for one more year. Partying and getting ready to confront her parents with her choice.
When Blue finally returned to Manehattan after ten years convincing her family to accept her choice wasn't nearly as hard as she expected. Currently Neon Blue eater runs her families music shop or tour with Flighty Hoof as a part of her entourage.

Personality.
Blue can be extremely annoying at first because of her show off nature and tendency to switch any kind of conversation into one about her. Once one looks beyond her initial shortcoming Blue is quick thinking and able to improvise herself out of almost any situation. Because of this she is quite careless and impulsive never taking anything seriously. Blue's main life philosophy is, Even if I fail I'll somehow make it look cool anyway.
